About Me
I’m a product marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments at all stages of growth. I drive and support organizations through pivotal moments of change, from raising large rounds of funding to mergers and acquisitions by private equity, venture capital and publicly traded companies. I’ve been the founding product marketer, expanding a company’s very first product line and building its very first marketing team. I’ve also supported 10+ person product marketing teams and owned multiple product lines and industry verticals.
My background spans B2B software across Facilities Management, Internet of Things (IoT) Remote Monitoring, Marketing Technology, Healthcare Technology, and FinTech/Accounting Technology. I’ve launched brand-new products to market, driven adoption for existing offerings, and managed full portfolio rebrands. I understand that product marketing looks different at every company and in every industry.
My bread and butter is pipeline generation, sales enablement, and company positioning. I’ve tripled qualified pipeline in under five months (from $900K to $2.7M), cut sales onboarding time in half, and built programs that connect product marketing directly to revenue.
I named my business NorthStar Product Marketing because I believe successful product marketing starts with a clear North Star metric that keeps the team aligned with company priorities and the executive vision. It also reflects my roots in Minnesota — the North Star State — and my belief in using a steady guiding point to navigate growth and change.
What sets me apart is my ability to prioritize what will truly move the needle. Product marketing can easily be pulled in a dozen directions, so I focus on the projects that matter most to the company’s stage and goals. By building strong foundations and connecting to revenue first, I’ve seen reputation and alignment naturally follow. I’m also passionate about working cross-functionally and building relationships that make big initiatives succeed.
